dancing mermaids.... I started this piece a long time ago as a companion piece to Shiva Nataraj - also in this gallery - but only recently got to finish it, it's taken over six years.. (well, with gaps inbetween of course)
It was originally inspired by listening back to a piece of music on my very first self-produced cd ("pourquoy doux rossignol" with Rent a Nightingale) - which I also use as welcome melody on my website [link]
(well, the "pop version" of it)
This, btw, is the image that's on the easel in my DevID picture (some people have asked)
