Logo design for the new photography and illustration sections on my website - I'm now calling them "StarsongStudio", to distinguish them from "Asni: Multimedia". Yeah, people get confused about this "I'm trying to earn an income any way I can" sort of stuff, so I have been pretending to be five different people for the last several years. Sigh.

The idea for this (name, and logo) came from a little poem that popped into my head on a bright sunny day several years ago, and which ends with the lines "I am an amplifier for the song of stars"--- so there we go. Star singer, amplifier, song of stars.

Star singing is an old tradition from the nook of the world where I grew up -- it used to be that on Epiphany - "Three King's Day", as it is called in Germany - the poor orphan children would go round the town from door to door, dressed up as the three kings following the star to Bethlehem, and sing carols - and earn themselves a bit of food or even money as a reward.

Seems entirely appropriate for what I'm doing with my life.
